Vinny & Stephanie

Vinny & Stephanie had been together for six years when Vinny decided to propose but he had been sure that Stephanie was the girl he wanted to marry for a long time before that.

Both with Italian heritage but and raised in New York, they had the same family values. Vinny with a delightful upbeat crazy streak and Stephanie, the sweetest girl, it was a real joy to be part of that special moment for them.

When Vinny reached out to us he knew he wanted to propose, he knew he wanted it to be special but he had no idea how to go about anything else.

After a video call with him, he told me all about how he met Stephanie, the things that brought them together, the hobbies they shared and what they believed in and it was very obvious that family values had a great meaning to both.

With all that in mind we decided how wonderful it would be to make our own setup, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic towns, where we would set up a living room on the Caldera. The “living room” being the place at home where they would spend the rest of their life together and the views being the paradise that Vinny wanted to offer Stephanie.

I didn’t know where to start, what to do or how to do it, I had the end result in my head but wasn’t sure how to make it happen. I just loved all the ideas she gave me and everything turned out exactly how I had imagined it and Stephanie was ecstatic so just that made everything worthwhile”.

“Niovi pretended to be from a well known magazine and met us on a path in Oia where she pretended to be doing interviews with couples she met in Santorini, with that as an excuse she led us to the place where we would have “the magazine photo shoot” and Stephanie never understood a thing! We just loved it, such a great story to have as a proposal”
